Happy Monday loves! Hope you had a great weekend. We had such a nice and relaxing one! Friday night we stayed in and watched "47 Meters Down" on Netflix. Holy moly! It will definitely make you super anxious and the ending was pretty unexpected. Saturday night we went bowling with my bestie and her boyfriend so that was a super fun double-date! Its been forever since I've been bowling and y'all--I suck haha! Both Saturday and Sunday morning I went to the gym and I have been adding resistance bands to a lot of my work-outs. If y'all are looking for a way to make your work-outs a little bit more challenging, I definitely recommend resistance bands! I got mine from Amazon. They're also great for at-home work-outs!
If you follow me on Instagram than you probably have seen me post about my love for smoothie bowls a thousand times. I wanted to share 3 of my favorites to make depending on my mood! I use my Ninja blender and 1 frozen banana for all of them:
1.) Green Smoothie Bowl
--Handful of Spinach
--1 Banana
--Almond Butter
--Almond Milk
--About 1 tbsp of honey
I typically top this smoothie with a peanut butter-flavored granola, chia seeds, raspberries and bananas!
2.) Tropical Smoothie Bowl
--Frozen Mixed Fruit (I buy the kind that has mango, peaches, strawberries and bananas)
--1 Banana
--Peanut Butter (about a spoonful)
--1/2 a cup of Trop50
I typically top this smoothie with almond/vanilla granola, strawberries, fresh mango slices
3.) Berry-licious Smoothie Bowl
--Frozen Berry Mix (usually has blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
--1 Banana
--Small handful of spinach
--Almond Butter
--Almond Milk
--About 1 tbsp of honey
I typically top this bowl with fresh blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate and chia seeds
I hope this gave you guys some smoothie-bowl inspo. They're pretty simple but sometimes the simplest smoothies are the best tasting! I used to add protein powders to my smoothies but unfortunately I recently discovered I have a dairy intolerance. If y'all have any protein powders you love that are dairy/whey-free then I would love to hear in the comments!

Smoothie bowls are my favorite! I always gravitate towards ones with berries so I will have to try out the one with the mixed berries. Sounds delish! Happy Monday, Kelly!
