Anyways, this will sound really boring of me but I'm not a HUGE fan of color. I really like neutrals and want our wedding to be primarily neutrals with gold, mint and muted peach/muted pink accents. The flowers featured in photo 3 are my main inspiration that I am sort of building the wedding theme around! I linked to the Style Me Pretty gallery where those flowers were featured and that wedding was just GORGEOUS. I loved everything about it!
I want to have very neutral champagne-colored bridesmaid dresses. I really want them to have some sort of subtle sparkle! I love the ones featured above with the rhinestones on the neckline. Bouquets will be all white flowers. It's funny because for years and years I always said I wanted peonies 100% but after coming across this bouquet on Pinterest I fell in love!
Last but not least, how amazing are these Badgley Mischka heels? If our wedding wasn't so far off, I would buy them right now!
Hope you enjoyed this post and have a wonderful, relaxing weekend!

Love these picks! I didn't do too much color at my wedding either. Kept it simple & elegant (with a hint of Gatsby Flare!) :) Congrats and enjoy planning-it will fly by!

Congrats on your engagement! I was the same way, I wanted white for all of my flowers. without added colors and overwhelming amount of greenery. I did not want a lot of colorful accents, which is why my main colors were navy, white, gold and with a few turquoise accents because it is my favorite color, ha. But be prepared with florists making you feel as if you are cheap or boring with the only neutrals request. I had so many wedding related workers pushing lots of color on me and I had to reiterated just white, please! Haha! It definitely is an exciting time and hopefully you have lots of help with the wedding planning. But it is nice you have so much time to plan! I literally got engaged in February and married in July, but in the end, you do not need that much time to plan. It pushes you to get everything done quickly, just stay motivated and you can finish way ahead of schedule and then relax and have fun! Let me know if you need any advice or help with vendor suggestions. I got married in Annapolis so not too far from DC.
